Hi
Recently we upgraded to "Avaya One-X Portal 9.1" and we are trying to integrate it with Salesforce using the plug-in included in this solution: "Salesforce CTI connector 9.1 Build 3.06", however it presents the following unstable behavior:
The product does work, click-to-dial works within the Salesforce portal, however we are having trouble with Firefox, Chrome, IE because they are blocking the in-browser softphone GUI.

a) The clients have Win7 Pro and CTI version 9.1 Build 3.06

b) The SF instance has been set up correctly and works through HTTP, but Salesforce recommend the connection is done through HTTPS. We are trying to figure out specifically where to enable the certificate so the connection is secure and determine if the instability of the browser is due to type of connection.

c) When the user logs into Salesforce, they have to disable all protection so they can see the CTI Adapter and enters the credentials to log into the CTI Adapter. Once they're in, receive a call, and navigate through the application they have to disable all protection or show all content or all unsecure scripts (depends on the browser).

d) The browsers are configured to show pop-ups, mix content and all kind of scripts, but everytime the navigate through the application, the have to disable protection. This also has to be done everytime and having to constantly run through this routine basically makes this product unusable.

e) We open a case in Salesforce and the recommend us to contact our provider.

If anybody knows about this please let me know
