Hi, I am faced problem while playing more than 500 records. In the attached MPP log file SessionSlot-018.log, I found error as

@2016-02-25 11:45:00,621|PAVB_03057|INFO|VB|1469|Session=USMPPUATRETAIL-2016056084405-18|Number of visited documents exceeded the maximum limit of 500|USMPPUATRETAIL####

So I increased maximum documents size from 500 to 10000 in Experience Portal-MPP severs-Browser Settings, as shown in attached Max_Documents.JPG. Now it is working fine.

My question is, Is that fine to increase to 10000? Or Is there any performance issue occur later? Please suggest.

The higher the number just means more memory you need for the cache. We set the limit and allow you to modify it so that you verify if your app is indeed that large or you have an infinite loop. If you are sure your app is that large, you can change the limit.

So, this means, we will not face any memory related error by increasing size. Right?

That depends on your hardware.

Or else please suggest the recommended hardware requirements.

You need to open a support request with the platform. This is really an EP issue not OD.
