Hi Team,

Can some one please explain what is this API functionality . Is this API exists in AES 6.3 ? i don't see any infrormation in TSAPI programming guide related to this API.

Page 130 in TSAPI for Avaya Communication Manager Programmer's reference Release 6.3.3 . chapter 3 Control services. As part of the CSTARequestEvent structure i could see this "CSTAReRouteRequest_t" event.

so i want to understand , is this used to trigger reroute from the Avaya switch to PG in case of any route failures.

It looks like reRouteRequest is part of the CSTA standard but is not supported by Avaya TSAPI.
