Hi,

I'm trying to do agent login using Avaya EMC SDK (xmlClient.CSTASetAgentState0 through my CTI application, but the SDK accepts the login state only, if the agent already logged into softphone.

Is there any way to do the agent login in CTI application using Avaya EMC SDK without doing the softphone agent login?

Please help me...

Have a look at some of the sample applications (e.g. AgentLoginApplication). This logs an agent into a phone.
