In AACC OD IVR development i can get the value from caller information like CLID in that will search required value from the database using that CLID value .once i got the required value from the database i want to popup those values in the AAAD desktop. Can any one suggest me the steps once i got the value from the database how to popup the value in AAAD.

You have to use the Contact service web services to set intrinsics to the call. once you set and intrinsics value then you can use them in screen pop up.
