Hello All,

There has been series of vulnerability issues picked against the deployment of AACC Webchat Communication in my environment. The version of AACC is 6.4 release 15 and the XAMPP version is 5.5.44 with OpenSSL version 1.0.2d (PHP version is 5.5.34).

We tested in the lab the compatibility of upgrading the openSSL version to 1.0.2g but the Webchat interface was not loading.

1. What can I do to resolve or mitigate vulnerabilities in the openSSL version used by XAMPP 5.5.34? or

2. What could be done so that the Webchat interface will be loaded if the OpenSSL version is upgraded to 1.0.2g

I am very interested in what is found as I am looking to fix multiple security holes my team found in PHP for my 6.4 WEB Chat as well.

Please use XAMPP 5.6.14-4 as described in the latest AACC Web Communications SDK guide included in the 7.0 SDK here:
