We are noticing that calls are getting disconnected with dead air.

When we checked AEP call detail reports we noticed call End Type was stated as "Interrupted". When we checked documents it says "Interrupted: The call was terminated because the grace period expired for an MPP shutdown request from the VPMS."

Can we know when this occurs and how this can be rectified/fixed?
