It seems in the upgrade to 3.1.1.1 (the Breeze upgrade), some of the configurations have changed for getting the EngagementCallControl to talk to Aura Messaging. In the past, the Trusted Server Name and Service Name had to match, and it was required that the name was "EDPServer-XX" where the XX was the UID node number. With this upgrade, the server name and service name, according to the documentation is "AVAYA BREEZE Server-XX". Unfortunately the server and service name in Aura Messaging don't allow spaces...

Has anybody been able to get the voicemail connector to work with the latest version? If so, do you know what server name/service name we are supposed to use?

Hi Nick,

Please continue to use "EDPServer-XX" format to configure the server on Aura Messaging as it is being used in the previous releases. There has not been any changes in the configuration.

It is actually an error in the documentation. In the process of changing the product name from EDP to Avaya Breeze in the documentation it also changed the "EDP" from the format "EDPServer-XX". This was a mistake and it has been corrected in the latest document.

Good news. Just a heads up -- the docs at : http://www.devconnectprogram.com/media/global/products_resources/avaya_breeze/3_1_1/ecc-reference/index.html are still incorrect.
