I am using the DMCC .Net SDK to do basic third party call control operations like agent login, log off, call transfer etc... I noticed that after establishing a session with an AES server and if I lose network connection on my machine, then use the service provider instance to reconnect to the same session Id after I re-establish network connection, I am unable to do any login/logout/stop AES session etc operations. I am using Service provider dll that came as part of AES 6.3 DMCC Dashboard and .Net SDK and I am connecting to a 5.2 AES server.

I believe the Programmers Guide gives a description of how the application should react when it detects that it has lost connection to AE Services.
