Hi Team,

We saw the error.recognition Event without voice recognition operation.
At that time, we are playing audio. And that event was issued in the step of simple menu selection without any asr operation.
And we confirmed there is no other error message using alarm manager on epm.

So, please tell me reason why this "error.recognition" Event was issued.
And please advice how we can resolve this issue.

p.s. I doubt that the platform distinguishes dtmf vs speech when reporting errors.
