Hi everyone:

We have an application with TSAPI that has a monitor enabled in a VDN with MonitorCallsViaDevice. That monitor is used to capture events from every incomming call to the VDN.

The purpose of this monitor is detect abandoned calls (Calls that not reach an available agent in the skill)

But in some cases we have received ConnectionCleared and CallCleared events without any previous events like Delivered or Established and the problem with this behavior is that we can not detect the UCID for this cases.

Evidence: In the attached file, search for the Call ID 4043. Only has CallCleared and ConnectionCleared events.

What can be the cause for this kind of calls that has no previous events that indicates that the call has arrived to the VDN? Some kind of configuration in the vector can cause this?

Sorry, I don't have any theories to explain that. It is possible that the call started before the monitor was placed on the VDN. However, in that case, I would not expect you to get any events at all.
