Does AES has any web APIs (RESTful or any other) to use in a web application. I found AES webservices but they don't send call events which does not serve any purpose.

The JScript APIs lack support and restricted to work only on IE and not able to test the sample code.

We are planning to go ahead with exisiting .net SDK along with some kind of XMPP messaging for events or please suggest any industry standard solution for using call control fucntionality on a web application.

Thanks

I think your analysis is correct. The Telephony Web Service has very limited functionality and the DMCC ActiveX control is very difficult to get to work.

For Call Control events, your alternatives are to use TSAPI (C++), JTAPI (Java) or DMCC (.Net, Java or XML).

Thanks for the reply. Can you please suggest an approach to use AES .NET or Java SDK in a web application. (Thin client solution)

Sorry, I am not familiar with developing web applications.
