We have AES version r3-1-6-build-52-0 and JTAPI library 4.2.0 Build 279 and 3.1.0 build 69,
using the above combination the fetching of trunk details fails using JTAPI method below:-
CallCenterTrunk[] trunks = ((LucentCall)call).getTrunks();

Is it a known Issue. Or I am missing some configuration on AES/CM.

I could not find any known issue regarding empty trunk details. Please increase the JTAPI debug level and check the trace file to verify that AES is sending the trunk details in the events sent to JTAPI. That will help determine if this is an issue in JTAPI or a configuration issue on AES/CM.
