Hello,

I have a simple agent-based outbound campaign running. I used my new Agent Desktop API application to log an agent in and initiated the nailup sequence.

After received of AGTNailupChange event with flag PendingNailup, my application send an AGTReadyForNailup command and received a AGTReadyForNailupRESP with success result.
A nailup call was delivered to the agent's Avaya one-X Communicator phone. I answered the nailup call.
My application didn't get an AGTNailupChange event with flag NailedUP.

POM Monitor's "Active agent" view showed
"Agent State"=READY
"Call State"=Idle
"Campaign Name"="MyCampaign"
"Job id"=235
"Task"=Call_100
"Zone Name"=Default
"Agent Job State"="Pending Job Attach"
"Nail State"=PendingNailUp

POM Monitor's "Active Campaign" view showed
"Campaign Name"="MyCampaign"
"Campaign Type=finite
"Job ID"=235
"Status"=Running
"Contact List(s)"=Sample_OB_List
"Total Contacts"=1
"Processed Contacts"=0
"Agent"=1


Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot this?

Check this setting in the AES:

Enable HTTP/80 in the Security/Standard Reserved Ports screen

Thanks. I confirmed HTTP/80 is already enabled.

As i'm also facing the similar issue in our implementation.

I would like to know if you have found a way out for this issue.

If so then please suggest
