The following exceptions are seen in the AES connector logs:

also upgrading to latest java JDK 1.8 didn't solve the problem {saw on post on stackoverflow...}

You need to post a question on the following website and provide them with the jtapi log. Also, not sure if this is AES 7; there was a question about AES 7 that have been answered there.
