Subject: agent ready/not ready events not firing

I cannot get the agent ready, not ready and acw events to fire. The call events and login/log off event fire just fine thought. Is there an extra step i am missing?

These missing events are not available to third party developers. You can only receive Agent Login & Logout events.

If you need to know an agent's current ready/busy state, you must poll for that information using GetAgentState(). For a (near) real-time display, you will have to ask for this information at regular intervals.
