Hello,
I am a novice in the world of Avaya, I would like some advice because I ask myself a lot of question:
-What are DEVLINK and TAPILINK?
-What links do they have?
As part of an internship I have a project to carry out.
I currently work with Ip Office 9.1 and I need to be able to retrieve the caller's number and the IP address of the called party:
-What tools do I have available?
-What should I use?

JTAPI cannot be used with IP Office - it is only for use with Communication Manager via Application Enablement Services.

I believe there is a TAPI API for IP Office but I do not know anything about it.
