Scenario:
1) First I am transferring call from Avaya IVR to agent with UUI data.
2) where one-x softphone shows UUI data on one of the one-x agent
button like a=info=5003.
3) I am passing only extension number in UUI data.
4) After getting UUI data I am transferring a call, on another IVR
where I have enable CTIcallInfo = True and trying to get the UUI.
5) I am able to get cticallinfo:ani details but UUI is missing against
cticallinfo:uui.

I want to transfer CTI data from Agent to IVR. Please help me to get
resolve this issue.

Hi Prashant,

This is much more complex than I can analyse on the forum. If you need further support, please open a technical support ticket. Please note that there may be a fee for this service.

Hi Martin,

I am transferring CTI from IVR to agent and then From agent I am transferring manually on another IVR. Will you please let me know how to make CTI transfer from agent ??

I have provided all the details which is more simpler to understand you. Requesting you to help me by sending few documents which will help me to make configuration on CM/AEP/AES. I hope there will be standard configuration which has to be done on system.

If, even after making the configuration changes, issue will not be resolved then I am feeling to to raise ticket.

Thank you in Advance!!! :)

I do not know of any One-X APIs, but it is possible to transfer a call using one of the AE Services APIs (DMCC, JTAPI or TSAPI).

DMCC, JTAPI or TSAPI can be use to perform any of the following:
o Blind Transfer
o Consultative Transfer
o Single Step Transfer (a Blind Transfer using a single API call)

In addition, DMCC can be used to perform a transfer just like a manual process:
1. Press Transfer button
2. Dial new call
3. Optionally, wait for the second call to be answered
4. Press Transfer button again
