As Avaya do we have support for proper web application servers like websphere, tomcat, weblogic?

For the customers that have high call volume in their environment, they are using websphere or weblogic clusters.

At least for OD 7.X, do we have any suggested application server or a special configuration set for websphere for best performance etc.

When not fine tuning done on application servers, I have experienced problems related to ICConnector, or IVR Application itself.

Yes various application servers are support. Check the release notes of the version of OD you are using for specifics. You would have to contact APS for recommended configurations.
