Hi,
I want to make sure that whenever a call centre agent logs into Avaya OneX agent, he also log into my web application. Can this be done using screen pop on agent login in OneX communicator.
I saw that in One-X agent , screen pop can be triggered only at the time of inbound or outbound call. Is there any workaround for this ?
