Hello,

I am trying to find a solution to develop an application that set the Agent Status (Busy or Ready).

Can DMCC .NET SDK able to achieve this?

Is DMCC .NET SDK Free for use?

What is the requirement in order for DMCC .NET SDK to work, do we need to make sure that our client Avaya call centre is installed with Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Service?

Yes, your client will require AE Services. They will also require an environment to execute your application. This can either be a central server which handles all agents or each agent can have the application running on their PCs to give them individual control.

> Is Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Service free?
No. The software must be purchased and licensed. You will also require hardware on which to run it.

AE Services can also be run as a virtual machine on infrastructure the customer provides.
