Hi we are adding contacts to Campaigns, but want to manage the order in which calls are processed. We've been advised to se the skillset. s there an API/webservice that would allow us to change the skillset of existing contacts. As the only webservices available in the aacc-7_0-outbound-web-services-sdk are ones to add a contact and close it. Is there any way to modify it once entered and change the skillset?
