We are using Breeze for a Click to Dial application. (internal extension to external phone number)

There is an exception message that pops up when performing the ECC operation for SOME calls.

{"errorMsg":"Error in make call: GENERIC_ERROR"}

Does anyone know what this error indicates and what I should check?

Some additional info:

We have two CMs, one in Europe and one in US. They both use the same Breeze cluster in the US. The Europe CM is showing this generic_error response for every ECC operation. The calls are still connecting though.

For the calls which is failing can you check (and send us) the below logs

From Breeze
/var/log/Avaya/dcm/pu/CSCService/

From AES
Breeze (ECC) uses AES and this generic error would be received from AES, we can check the AES logs as well

DMCC trace/error/api logs
/opt/mvap/logs/dmcc-trace/api/error.log.0

We found the issue to be UCID. The two CMs using Breeze needed unique UCID Network Node IDs and the Send UCID to ASAI needed to be changed to YES. Both under System-Parameters Features in ASA, pages 5 and 13.
