This is the issue we are facing:

We have deployed an Avaya Callback assist server at a customer site. The application is configured as per Avaya’s Installation and Configuration guide however, we keep getting the following polling error: “bsr strategy has not returned BSR Data, default VDN will be selected.”

“Selection strategy has not returned winner, default VDN will be selected. Please check server logs for more information”
