Hi,

We are planning to use AAEP to send short code SMS. Details of the call flow is:

1. if SMS is receive, we will send a link were client will fill-up required details
2. send follow-up sms if no reply was received after 1 day
3. Send last follow-up sms if still response after 7 days.

Is it possible to build this in orchestration designer? would this require the use of POM?
