Hello,

I have created one simple Engagement designer application 'Test' that make the call. After that I have created OD application that calls my Engagement designer application. I have enable the pdc in orchestration designer, also imported CE Trusted Certificate from the System Manager into OD runtimeconfig web application.

But I am getting error when I call my application. Below is the error:

ERROR : Could not start workflow Test.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Global CAV __VPEDPlatform is not set, null
**** Root Cause
com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Global CAV __VPEDPlatform is not set, null


Please suggest me the right path. I am stuck in this.

The app doesn't seem to be initialized with the global variable. There are couple places to check:

1. Make sure the application has been exported for Enterprise Portal (not Desktop which is the default). It is set in the Platform options of the Export Wizard.
2. On EPM, in the EPM Server settings page Data Storage Settings, make sure you have Breeze location configured.

1) I am exporting the application for Experience Portal only.
2) And I have already set the breeze location on
EPM Server settings page Data Storage Settings.

I have already done the 2 two checks that you suggested.
But still I am getting the error.
Is there any other things I need to check?

I am using following versions:

AEP : 7.2.0
OD : 7.10.12.02
Avaya Aura system mangaer : 7.1

Please help me on above issue, I am stuck on this issue.
