Dear, Can I configure ACCS 7.0.2 queries to an external database? When a customer calls, he hears a pre-service message with options (configured in the ACCS). One of the options is to enter the customer number and then request information from an external database.
Currently these queries are made via VMPRO (Database Access modules) and I must migrate all this scheme to the ACCS.
