why does record node not recording from the start?
there is some risk to lose voice information.
how can I make thing as my intent?

This is how the platform works. You would need to contact Avaya support for any more clarification of the behavior. There is no control in the application to help this.
Yes, you need runtime licenses but you have a grace period if you don't have the licenses initially.

Have another question...
In record item, if modal property set to false, max silence property cannot be used?
If those properties can be used at a time, I think my problem could be solved.
