Hi,

we are trying to configure a new voice recorder ORECX which is in the market to connect to our SBC 7.1 and records calls at sip channel level.

As per the documents provided we have done all the set up but voice is not getting recorded in the voice recorder.We can see the calls in there but RTP stream is missing.

Please help me to set this up correct to get the RTP stream. Please let me know if i need to provide more information.
