Need some insight on this. I have a workflow, no changes at all to workflow between test calls. Sometimes i call i get the message "cannot invoke allow in current state" and sometimes i have no issues and the workflow completes fine. What causes this to happen?

I get this message on trying to allow the call or forward the call.

Looking at sip traces, we have 3 Session Managers which all have entity links to the AMS Servers. If the request does not come from a specific session manager the request to the AMS server times out and retries until the request comes from a specific Session Manager. Is there a setting in AMS that controls this?
