Hi Team,

We are using Alfanum TTS server for Serbian languages. It was working on EP 7.0.2 (configured with MRCPv1 ).
After we upgraded to EP 7.2.1 we have silence during MPP prompts. Speech application was developed in OD 7.0.1 and we didn't change it.
We checked logs on both side TTS server and MPP server and everything seems fine. We found correctly synthesized files on TTS server. We run tcpdump on MPP side and we caught RTP packets.
Could anyone check the logs attached and tell us if there is something wrong?

They can only suggest that if they suspect any problem with the application. I can only look at it from the application's perspective. I can take a look at the app's trace.log to see if there is any problem on the application side. If you want me to take a look at that, please enable showxml in the trace.log.

From application point of view everything is fine.
Meanwhile we solved a problem.
We change the MPP native format to audio/basic.
