Subject: Trace file not getting updated with call details

We have application build on AOD7.2. Even after enabling trace logging we are not seeing trace file getting updated. When we call we see just report log file with call details, trace file is always 0 bytes.

This happens to only 1 application. Other applications are creating both trace & report logs..

Any idea what could be issue.

Did you enable tracing in EPMS in the Application Configuration page Reporting parameters section?
