Hi guys ,

I truing to use a record node and using the following format :

  • audio/x-wav -> The audio file is recorded

  • audio/x-alaw-basic -> App Log: EVENT Id(2) Label() Msg(Error: error.unsupported.format , Unsupported mime type specified.)

  • audio/basic -> App Log: EVENT Id(2) Label() Msg(Error: error.unsupported.format , Unsupported mime type specified.)

  • audio/L16;rate=8000 -> The audio file is recorded.




    • Why the two intermedie format failed.

    Apparently that's what we support. You may need more clarification from Avaya Support as this is a platform feature.

    I'd like to clarify that this probably has to do with your platform configuration or equipment. You would need some help with Avaya Support.
