I would like to utilize the CCMM Web Comm WS or the CCMM outbound OI to implement a call back request. Can the phone number displayed in AAAD include any pause characters - i.e. "," for a 2 sec pause? Need to dial a long distance access code after dialing the phone number.

Is this a limitation of AAAD? If so perhaps an outbound screen pop to a CCT client that generates the DTMF access code?
