Hello

I work with OD 6 and I have problems with the Record Node. After speaking and leaving the voice note, the system always say "Sorry, I didn't heard you" and is not possible to create the file in the Temp folder. I use the examples of the OD RecordMessage but is not working.

¿Is it something in the platform or configuration of the channels?

Please, I do not know what else to do. Help!

it is either the platform or faulty equipment. It seems your voice is not going through. It's nothing the app can do. You need to check on the platform side to confirm the errors.
