Hi,

In VB logs, we can find something like :

We need to use the XML values, is there an interface for IVR call flow to get such XML return timely?

I don't think there is a way you can get the raw xml string from the app. It has to been sent back to OD from the AVB. You can contact Support to see if there is anything they can do with an enhancement or something.
