App A -Receives originating call, processes then transfers call to CM VDN/Vector processing for agent handling, carrying UUI as HEX in SIP Header. App data posted to external API. App ends.

Agent in CM disconnects, VDN with Return Destination launches App B - Survey

App B - aai (HEX) converted back to UUI, calls API for data from App A - works fine.

What I need to complete my build is to have the answering agentID from CM, be available in App B.

aesconnector is not being used and no H323 involved. Suggestions/options?

There is no way to get the agent id inside the application unless it is being passed but I don't think the system is doing that either. I've seen this request a few times on this forum. Some people in the field might have figured out a way. You may want to give Avaya Support a call to see if anybody has a solution.

Thanks Wilson. I have the information available via an external ETL job and will require a new process to tie the data together - was hopeful there was something I was simply overlooking.
