for this sample app that comes with Avaya SDK for visual studio:
i am able to run app and connect to server.

form has field for "Local Address" what should be in that address? local PC address?

it should be the IP address of the PC. In the case that the PC has multiple NICs, the IP of the NIC that is running the application that has IP connectivity to the AES should be used.
