Hi

When I made a call on the app, the error.recognition was caught in the middle of the conversation and the AEP report said SpeechFail and MPP logs gave the following. Under what circumstances/issue/reason this would have arrived ? I am catching this event in prompt and collect nodes

The VXML error.recognition is thrown by MPP when there is problems communicating with Google when we have tried to load a grammar to dialogflow using the VXML grammar element.

In MPP logs for few calls i can see VXML_REC_ERROR or VXML_REC_NO_MATCH. What could be the reason for these. Is it like whatever the user has said was not captured or something like that?

Can you email Paul about the error? I don't know what causes it.
