Hi Sirs:
Please could you help me with these updated questions?
1) Is this PDF document yet valid or is there something more updated?
http://avayacollateral.netlabs.net/pdfoverview/UC7368.pdf

2) Is it currently supported for CALL INTERCEPT the call scenario between internal extensions (inter-enterprise)? In a new future Breeze release?

3) If the last answer is no, Could it be possible to use a REMOTE WORKER extension (connected through SBC) for testing the CALL INTERCEPT snap-in? I mean one RW extension calling from Internet to other SIP internal extension that has a Call Intercept rule applied, is it valid that scenario?

4) Could you guide me what I need to do for using an ISDN trunk (CM-G430) and force routing to a SM where I only have SIP stations as end destinations? Do I need to do some "special provisioning" as it is mentioned in the last pdf document (page 2)?

Regards.

Hello. The answers to your questions are:

1) Yes, that's still the latest

2) Unfortunately this is still not supported nor planned for a future release

3) No, even though the clients would be remote from CM, they'd still be served by the same CM and therefore this counts as an intra-CM call and therefore cannot be intercepted.

4) See the "Administering Communication Manager" section in the Breeze Deployment Guide: https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_breeze/releases/3_7/docs/deploying/index.html. Don't worry if you have an earlier version than 3.7. That section hasn't changed for many releases.
