We have developed a call flow to capture customer voice feed back in AEP 7.2 at the end of a call .

Customer voice feedback is collected and MPP terminates the recording after the time provided in finalSilence . The recording that is generated in the MPP , does not have the silence portion. The question is - Can we have the silence portion also recorded .

This is some behavior on the platform I am not sure about. You would have to contact Avaya support.
