Not sure if this is the correct forum for my inquiry, so I apologize if it's not. I'm currently working on integrating a Dialogflow bot with the Experience Portal. According to the documentation that Avaya has provided, I need to submit a CCAI Whitelisting form. Unfortunately, the word in the documentation is underlined and blue, but it has no hyperlink. I contacted Google about it, and they told me that I would need to go through Avaya regarding that form.

Does anyone have a link to the CCAI Whitelisting form? If you want to see the documentation yourself, I'm attaching it to this post and it's on page 15.
