I'm using JavaScript SDK(v-4.4.0.14) and logged in to calls and contacts server using communication sample app. after login user contacts presence is getting unknown even after contact users are online.
After debugging what I found, sometimes addOnPresenceChangedCallback event is getting called and sometimes not.
let me know is this the correct way to get the contact presence or I need to do something different.
