Why value is not getting the uterrance?

Its happing sometimes and not in all menus.

The correct is both have the same value in this case 1

That's what is assigned by the voice browser.

How could I fix that? Is it a problem on source code? Because it started to happen after the company changed the ip of the machines.

It's causing problems for example, when I choose DTMF 1 the application goes to option 2 and when I choose 2 the application goes to 1.

It's not happening in all menus but it's not interesting test all application again because of our deadline.

I don't believe this is any coding issue. The value and utterance come from separate fields in the result object in the voice browser. You have to take a look at the platform side to see why there is an inconsistency there.
