when picking on any report, error is occured - Error 13 - type mismatch.

I see this not everytime but many times and Avaya says this comes up only in Korean language pack Windows 10.

Avaya gave us workaround like the below, but who thinks this is really good way for CMS Supervisor.

1) When run the Supervisor reports always keep the OS input language as English

2) When the report engine is running before “Run-time error 13” shows up, if we quickly click anywhere in the background which is outside of the Supervisor(Supervisor application has lost the focus), then monitor to see if this “Run-time error 13” will still show up or not.

Anyone knows this issue and solution? I've already shoots ticket but always just pending due to not their fault.
