Hi,

We are using the transfer and release feature from the IVR.Do I need to do anything other than playing the dtmf tones (like *7...) and disconnecting the call ?

I believe that is all you need to do. Or just play the *7 and exit the application.

If we just play *7, where will call be transferred to... Don't we need to have *7 followed with destination number..

When we try the same we noticed that caller can hear just 2 key tones and call gets disconnected. Doesn't get transferred.

Any idea what could be issue..

Yes please.. use something like *7,,<transfernumber>,,,#

"," and "#" depends on the carrier you use.Please check their documentation for TNR feature.
