Hello,
Can you please help with settings for "Record" element?
We would like to track the following parameters:
1. Timeout, If customer didn't start speak at the beginning. So, something like start speech timeout.
2. Maximum silence timeout. When client has started his speech and after some time - has finished, and we want to track no speech timeout at the end.

We have a simple Record with "No Input" element with Goto in it.
We read carefully UG and see that: If the caller does not start recording within the time as set in the Max Silence property, the system throws a No Input event. It does not work and we cannot understand why.

We did several tests and see the following behavior. We set Max Silence property = 1 sec.
1. Goto treshhold = 0 and No Input timeout becomes ~ 0-1 second (approx).
2. Goto treshhold = 1 and No Input timeout becomes ~ 0-1.5 seconds (approx).
3. Goto treshhold = 2 and No Input timeout becomes ~ 7-8 seconds (approx)
4. Goto treshhold = 3 and No Input timeout becomes ~ 15-16 seconds (approx)

We see this results via timestamps in logs.

So, Can you please explain how to set the values to manage the first timeout, when the client did not start to speak and the last timeout when the customer has finished his speech?

Furthermore if we add prompt element then the behavior becomes more unpredictable...
