we had WebComms SDK in our customer environment and we are moving to Enterprise Web Chat.
We see a blocking point where the WebComms allowed us to use "Subject" as a field to be passed in along with a contact. This gets stored in cls.contacts table in "OriginalSubject" column. This subject would show up on the Chat history as well.

With EWC, we don't find this "Subject" field and is kind of becoming a blocking point.

Any suggestions or approaches are welcome.

AACC 7.1.2 version.
