Hi
Someone could help me how to read EWT or Calls Waiting of the CM, I have a vector that make that one, but I want to send notification or alerts from Breeze before to transfer calls to Communication Manager.

could you ealborate on your use case please. I dont follow what you are trying to do.

You are processing a call on Breeze and want to access # of calls queued, or EWT information for a particular skill from CM and provide that information to the caller before transfering the call to CM?

Is that a correct characterization?
