APP: Calabrio on IP Office 11.1

A customer is set up to have the RTP traffic come from the devices such as a phone to the PC and it is this traffic that contains messages Calabrio uses to determine the start/end of a call.

So when looking through their Smart Desktop Logs we would see those MEDIA_START and MEDIA_STOP messages that would appear in logs like this:

PROBLEM: these messages are sometimes absent, causing recordings to be missed.
Are there any recommendations?
